The revival of Perth's historic Royal Hotel dating back to 1882, a joint renovation with Charter Hall, this heritage-listed site now stands renewed with a thirteen-million-dollar transformation. Preserving the building's rich history, the organic design takes center stage, incorporating materials of local significance. Acknowleding the significance of the tenancy in the overarching Raine Square redevelopment ambition, Statuo personnel lead the implemention of a rigorous and selective leasing campaign and negotiation process. Working closely with the tenant's architect, Milieu Creative, Statuo negotiated a leasing transaction that provided ample opportunity for the tenants succes whilst satisfying the investment criteria of the landlord, Charter Hall.
