Having recently completed the Mineral Resources HQ project, Mineral Resources and Statuo continued their relationship with the refurbishment of a leased commercial premises. Seeking to align the built form with the quality of the Mineral Resources HQ whilst working to reduced budget, Statuo lead the design management and procurement activities to identify an efficient but high quality refurbishment scope. Leading the project from inception to completion, including on site contract implementation, Statuo delivered the project on time and on budget.
